Who I Am
The New Tradition Outdoors offers my perspective on living life in the wild, outdoor adventuring, hunting, fishing, traditional archery, fly fishing, and the adventure spirit through articles, videos and podcasts. My goal is to share my experiences as well as hopefully inspire others to get outside and create a new tradition of their own. Why let the old ways define you when you can start a new tradition?
The natural world is precious to me, but more importantly it's necessary to my way of life and the survival of every human on this planet. Now more than ever before we NEED to act as stewards for the environment and all of the species that are currently in peril of becoming endangered or extinct due to a lack of forethought or sustainable energy, harvest and development practices.
Here you will find everything from tips and tricks to gear reviews, stories and informative content that will hopefully help to add more voices and bring about positive change for the natural world while showing the conservation mindset of hunters, anglers and all natural resource users.
